Each Massage Therapy appointment consists of:

• 5-10 min history taking and physical assessment
• hands-on treatment time dependant on length booked
• stretching post hands-on treatment
• home care (exercises and stretching to be done at home)

We aim for at least 85% of treatment time to be hands-on but a proper assessment is necessary to provide the most accurate level of therapy for your condition.
